If you are joining one of Emma’s classes for the first time, and have a space confirmed, please complete and submit your exercise readiness form – link via the button below.  This is a requirement before attending your first class.

The information you supply will ensure Emma is aware of your important contact details, medical and physical history so she can tailor the class and provide appropriate adaptations and advice specific to your needs.
