This is my second career and a profession I love. Having spent 16 years in corporate PR & Marketing roles, I finally took the plunge in my late 30s and changed direction, enrolling on a level 3 then quickly afterwards a level 5 soft tissue ISRM course which set me on the path as a self-employed soft tissue/musculoskeletal practitioner.
Since 2009, I have developed a comprehensive and advanced toolkit of manual soft tissue techniques, postural and movement assessment skills and the latest exercise knowledge base.
The source of symptoms and pain is not always the source of the underlying problem. My training and experience enables me to pick up those unique clues and piece together a lifetime of physical stresses and pyschosocial experiences to hone in on a solution that leads to real, sustained change. To make clients feel better, move better, understand their bodies in a different way.
I've been based at The Clinic in Exmouth since 2011, working with clients on a 1-2-1 basis to help them recover from acute injury, chronic restrictions and pain; improve their strength, control and ability; help restore efficient movement; or just release stress-based tension.

I cater for all abilities and run 10 live classes all at the Budleigh Salterton Croquet Club on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Studio classes accommodate 10 people but I also run a concurrent live Zoom option. Classes run in 6 week terms - clients book a term in advance. I provide all the kit needed.
